Intern Program

Licensed Architect
Sioux City or Ankeny, Iowa
Lead multi-discipline projects from schematic design through construction administration. Serve as the primary client contact, manage building code and life safety review, coordinate with contractors, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
Registered Architect license required. 7+ years of architectural design experience. Proficiency in Revit. Demonstrated experience managing client relationships or leading project teams.
Structural Engineer
Sioux City or Ankeny, Iowa
Lead structural design from schematic through construction documents on agricultural, industrial, and commercial projects across 35+ states. You will manage client relationships, review submittals, and provide construction observation as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
PE or SE license required. 5+ years of structural engineering experience. Proficiency in RISA and Revit.
CAD Technician
Sioux City or Ankeny, Iowa
Produce high-quality Revit drawings, details, schedules, and specifications in direct collaboration with our structural engineering and architecture teams. Field site visits for measurements and construction observation are part of the role.
Qualifications
Associate Drafting Degree or related field. 2+ years of architectural or structural drafting experience. Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
