Grain Storage Facility Expansion

The grain facility expansion was completed in partnership with Empire Ag as the Contractor. The expansion added over 500,000 bushels of grain storage capacity with enhanced truck and rail handling capabilities and was completed in 2023. KC Engineering provided structural engineering services and life-safety code review for this expansion, which helped establish the Jefferson location as a flagship facility for Landus Cooperative.
Scope of Services
