The High Plains Processing project is a new soybean processing facility located at 41021 257th St, Mitchell, SD 57301, just south of the city and near Interstate 90. The facility is currently under construction and is anticipated to be completed by October 2025.
KC Engineering provided structural engineering services for this 500-million-dollar facility, which will generate 75+ new jobs and help boost the region’s agricultural economy.
